My Cashless Account

1. Cashless is a payment method that can be used for purchases at all sales points throughout the event. To pay for your order, simply tap your wristband on the payment terminal. The operator will show you the amount of your order before you tap your wristband, and your new balance will also be displayed.
2. You will be able to pay for your purchases using Cashless. In some areas, and to a lesser extent, payment by bank card will also be possible.
3. Cashless allows you to top up your account before or during the event via the event website.

By creating an account, you will be able to:

1. Check your wristband balance and transaction history.
2. Save your bank card details for faster top-ups.
3. Request that your wristband be blocked and receive a new one if it is lost or stolen.
4. Top up before the event via the website and collect your pre-loaded wristband as soon as you arrive.
5. Request a refund of your remaining balance after the event.

You can create an account:

Before attending the event

1. Go to the Cashless page on the 24H Camions website.
2. Enter your email address.
3. (surname, first name, etc.).
4. Pre-load the amount you wish to add to your account.

After collecting your Cashless wristband

1. Log in to your Cashless account.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Fill in the requested information (surname, first name, etc.).
4. Link your wristband by clicking “Link my wristband”, then enter the 6 letters shown on the back of your wristband.

1. Your wristband will be given to you at the entrance to the event.
2. If you have pre-loaded your account, you will need to link your wristband to your Cashless account. To do this :

5. Then enter the 6 letters shown on the back of your wristband.

1. If you have not pre-loaded your wristband:
2. Scan the QR code on it to top up your wristband instantly.
3. If you wish to top up your wristband with cash, please go to one of the Cashless banks located at the North Gate, the Village, or the Houx camping area.

Before the event, you can top up online by creating an account on the official website.

During the event, you can top up your wristband in three ways:

1. Using your smartphone via the dedicated area at the top of this page.
2. At the Cashless Banks located around the site.
3. By scanning the QR code on your wristband.

You can top up your account as many times as you wish, both before and during the event.

If you have created an account on the 24H Camions website, you can request that your wristband be blocked by going to the Cashless dispute/help point in the Village.

This identification process (creating an account) is necessary in order to block your wristband. If you have not created an account linked to your wristband, it will not be possible to block it.

Your wristband is like your wallet: if you lose it, the money stored on it will also be lost.

1. If there is money remaining on your Cashless account and you topped up by credit card, you will be refunded automatically after the event.

3. You can request a refund of your balance until October 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., via your Cashless account.
4. If you have already created your Cashless account, a “Request a refund” button will be available in the Cashless module so that you can submit your request, you will need to enter your bank card number.
5. If you have not yet created an account, you must first create your Cashless account using the 6-letter identifier shown on your wristband, and then submit your refund request.
6. No refund requests can be made after the deadline.
7. We are unable to refund amounts of less than €0.50.

No. You can top up your wristband directly at the Cashless Banks (or via the QR code on your wristband). Your wristband will then remain completely anonymous.

Please note: in this case, your wristband cannot be blocked if it is lost or stolen. You will also be unable to request a refund of your remaining balance.

We strongly recommend creating an account in advance to make your visit to the event easier. This will allow you to avoid queues at the top-up banks.
