To download your ticket, please check your confirmation order sent by email. In this email, you will find conditions under which your tickets will be made available:
- M-tickets: available only in the Le Mans Tickets app for more security. Through this app you will be able to transfer the tickets to the holder. Therefore it won't possible to print the digital ticket.
- Post: if you chose to have your tickets sent to you using secure post (DHL - additional charge), our service provider will email you to let you know when your letter has been picked up for delivery.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account.
If you have not received the email, a typo may have prevented the confirmation from being sent or your inbox may have blocked the incoming email.

No, the paddocks are open to all spectators holding a valid admission ticket, throughout the event.
The ‘Early’ (pre-sale) rate offers a discount until 30 June 2026.

You must upload a proof of disability showing an invalidity of at least 80%.
Please note: the Priority Card for Disabled Persons and the “Priority” CMI (corresponding to a disability of less than 80%) or “Parking” alone do not allow you to benefit from the reduction.
For foreign spectators, the European disabled card or similar will be requested. The parking Blue Badge will not be accepted.
A car parking ticket can be booked free of charge on the official 24 Heures Camions ticket office website for holders of a CMI “Parking” card, allowing access to the P7E car park , located inside the circuit. Map to download when booking online. Reserve one location per day.
Yes, a discount applies to 1 admission ticket on uploading a valid student card for students up to 25 years of age.
The order can be placed directly on the site by downloading proof until two weeks before the event.

The reduced rate granted to works councils and applied from the first ticket, applies to Race Weekend Entry tickets only, with no minimum order (up to -15% per ticket). For more information, please consult our page dedicated to Works Councils.
NB: the simple presentation of a professional card does not allow you to benefit from the reduction.
Access to the event is free for children under 16 on the day of the race, accompanied by at least one adult with a Race Entry ticket. Please provide proof including name, first name, photo and date of birth to present directly at the circuit entrances.
Limit of 4 children per adult.
A bracelet will be given to them, on which you can enter their identity and your telephone number.
The grandstands are located along the Pit Straight, from the North Gate entrance to the Motul Raccordement corner, as well as at the Dunlop corners.
The grandstands are freely accessible, with the exception of T17–18, which are reserved for ACO CLUB Members (subject to applicable conditions), and the VIP area of the T52-Stands grandstand.
You can find the exact location of each grandstand on the circuit map.
Yes, all grandstands are covered, with the exception of the T22, which is open-air.
Yes, from the age of 8. For the T52 (VIP area) grandstand and for the Club grandstands, every child aged 8 or over must hold their own grandstand ticket.
Yes, the Camping Areas are paying areas.
Our camping areas have toilet and shower blocks.
They are not, however, fitted with electrical hook-ups; only small generators are permitted. For safety reasons, connecting to electrical equipment provided by the organisers is prohibited. Please see the list of permitted items.
Reminder: for all our Camping Areas, one ticket per vehicle is compulsory (35 sq m pitch).
You can buy up to 2 pass per customer.
The campsites available in 2026 are as follows:
The campsites will open from Friday 25 September at 10:00 a.m.
All guests must leave the campsites by Monday 28 September at 12:00 noon at the latest.
Route information, including a Waze link to follow, will be provided in the days leading up to the event.
Most areas are accessible to cars, motorhomes, caravans, and motorcycles.
Please note that all your equipment must fit within the area indicated in the product description, including your vehicle where stated. If you think you need more space, please book the number of pitches required.
35m² = car, motorhome, car + caravan, motorcycle.
Each vehicle must have its own pass to access the camping area.
If you have a Campsite access ticket, the colour of the route you should follow will be sent to you by email before the event. We recommend following the road signs matching the colour indicated on your ticket.
The campsites are accessible from Friday 25 September at 10:00 a.m. to Monday 28 September at 12:00 noon.
To access your Campsite, follow the signs corresponding to the colour zone indicated on your Campsite access ticket (Green and Yellow). Please present your Campsite ticket at the entrance.
We also recommend using the Waze link sent to you by email.
Our campsites are equipped with toilet and shower facilities.
There are no electrical hook-ups. However, small generators are permitted.
For safety reasons, connecting to electrical equipment reserved for event operations is strictly prohibited.

The Épinettes and Beauséjour campsites also offer a grocery service.
Your 35 m² pitch must accommodate both your vehicle and all your camping equipment (tent, tables, chairs, etc.). Pitches are provided without access to electricity.
Each vehicle must have its own access pass (car, motorcycle or motorhome), clearly displayed on the dashboard.
A left-luggage facility will be available at Porte Nord (North Gate).
No, there is no left-luggage facility in the Camping Areas.
The following car parks are available with a parking pass that must be booked in advance: PANORAMA - EXPO.
For safety reasons, sleeping in your car is prohibited.
The P7E accessible car park is available free of charge upon reservation for holders of a CMI “Stationnement” parking card. A parking space must be booked for each day. Your CMI “Stationnement” card will be checked at the entrance and must be displayed on your windscreen.
The car parks are accessible from Saturday 26 September to Sunday 27 September.
To access your car park, follow the signs corresponding to the colour zone indicated on your parking pass and present your ticket at the entrance.
A sticker will be placed on your windscreen to make it easier to re-enter the car park.
We also recommend using the Waze link sent to you by email.
No, there is no dedicated car park for motorhomes. Motorhomes are permitted in the campsites.
Free car parks will be available in the Blue Zone, located close to the airport expressway.
Please note that no shuttle service will be provided.
What’s the trucker camp? 📍
1. An area of the OUEST (WEST) car park for HGVs.
2. An eye-catching display of trucks and a friendly atmosphere.
3. A proper campsite, with toilets, showers and a place to eat.
*If you want another space for an ordinary vehicle, check the box to book a camping pitch opposite the Trucker Camp.
Unsupervised bicycle parking areas are available:
As these areas are not supervised, we recommend using a bike lock.
No, there is no dedicated car-sharing car park and no official car-sharing service is provided by the organisers. Spectators wishing to share a car are free to arrange this through external platforms.
Yes, the Support paddock area and grandstand seating overlooking the pit straight is open to the public on the Saturday and Sunday.
However, access to the pit building is subject to additional authorisation.
Reminder: no smoking permitted in the paddock.
To make a payment on our official ticketing site, bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), Google Pay and ApplePay are accepted.

No, we do not accept payments by cheque.
A ticket may be transferred to another person. However, it is legally prohibited to resell a ticket at a price higher than its original purchase price (the price shown on the ticket).
In accordance with ticketing regulations and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

Yes, tickets are transferable. However, it is forbidden to resell a ticket for more than its face value.
Check the email confirming your booking. This contains information on how your tickets will be made available, based on your selection when booking:
-MTicket: your ticket will be available on your smartphone via the LeMans Tickets official app during the 1st semestre of 2026. You can then transfer it to the ticket holder. These tickets cannot be printed.
-Postal version: If, on booking, you choose to have your tickets sent via a secure courier service (DHL) at extra cost, the service provider will inform you by email when they have collected your order.
Due to the nature of the passes (hospitality/paddock), they are sent via secure delivery (DHL) up to one week before the event begins.
For last-minute orders, the passes will be available in a sealed envelope to be collected at the Accreditation Center upon presentation of valid ID.
In accordance with the T&Cs, tickets may not be resold other than on our official resale platform.
Ticket availability on the platform depends on the tickets that are put up for sale by customers. We advise you to check regularly.
Admission tickets (except VIP Pack) and Camping Area and Parking passes are available on the platform. We advise you to check regularly.
The limit of 4 Admission tickets and 2 Camping Area tickets per order also applies to the resale platform.
